Sorry, no pictures...
Well, as it goes, it's not easy to find to right person, so maybe I can tell you about my latest experiences. Yes, I have a beautiful girlfriend!
A couple of weeks ago, I went with my friend Roeland to a local peña here in La Paz. He went of to the dancefloor, originally for a quick dance with a mature woman. After about 15 mins he picked up a very attractive girl and made a couple of nice moves with here. When getting thirsty, they came to our table for a drink and I was introduced. I liked here, she liked me. While Roeland was talking, she held my hand - on the table - and looked me in the eyes. Of course, after a while the speaker noticed that his fresh catch seemed more interested in me than in himself and therefore bluntly asked her who she prefered, him or me. Luckily for me she answered as frankly that she prefered me at which Roeland said goodnight and wished me luck.
Friendly as she is, she apologised for having danced and kissed with Roeland first, but she introduced me to her friends.
Two weeks later we met again and became an item as they say.
Her name is Janet, she was born in Tarija, lives in La Paz and studies political sciences, in Bolivia that can keep you busy.

La Paz
Tuesday night, 22.00 I arrived at the terminal station in Salta to get the 22.00 bus to San Salvador de Jujuy. Made it just and from Jujuy another bus to La Quiaca, bordertown with Bolivia.
Wednesday morning 09.30 the bus from Villazon to La Paz took off, passing by Tupiza, Huari, Uyuni, Oruro to arrive here at 04.30, as usual a damned early hour to arrive.
Spent some time in the busstation and made a lil walk trhu the city centre and checked in at The adventure Brew hostel, the same as ever.
Removed myself from the Argentina network in Facebook, and will decide tonite or early tomorow when to continue, tonite a nite in a bed!!

Feeling strange
With the bad experience from last time still in mind, it gives a mixed feeling thinking of trying once more to go. Could've been in La Paz already, as not working for last 3 days. It's time to go now, or should I still revert to the plan to stay here till november saving up for a return to Europe?

It's true, I don't know
For the good of spending time in a ciber, I'm writing some words here, because I might be on the road soon.
I've been playing with the idea to go all the way to Tucson, Az. over land. That means that if this time round I can manage to bridge Peru, as if there would be any intensions to spend more than the absolute minimum amount of time there ones again ..., I might be able to reach at least Colombia, the promised land. The FARC is getting cleared up it seems, even the presidents in the region have been pretty quiet lately. I've anounced at work - for the ones that happen to read this, I'm not working for Nordic any longer, although they were happy to get me back after my Peruvian adventure, they had me only working in minibusses, ... were was I, ... I moved to Vantage, driving a Citroen Berlingo, a pretty comfortable, spacious sturdy car. - that I'll be leaving for at least a couple of days, and Rene asked me to wait until monday. It's low season and I have already a second day without work tomorrow, so why stay ... I'll see what happens once on the road.
If traveling, I'll keep u posted, whoever you are.
Saludos a todos!!!!
